QUESTIONS.
Are you certified to do gas work?
Yes. Gasfitting in New Zealand is restricted work, and ours is done by qualified, certifying gasfitters. You get a certificate for the work, and the job is done to the standard, every time.
I can smell gas. What should I do?
Turn the gas off at the bottle or meter if you can do so safely, open windows, don't flick switches, and ring us. If the smell is strong, get everyone outside first and call 111.
Is gas hot water cheaper to run than a cylinder?
Often, because you only heat the water you actually use. It depends on your household and whether you're on bottles or piped gas, so tell us your setup and we'll give you an honest steer, even if that steer is to keep what you've got.
