Refined Plumbing & Gasfitting is Mike and Joanne's outfit. Mike has spent more than 30 years on the tools, and Joanne runs the office and answers the phone. It's a proper husband-and-wife firm, and it shows in how jobs get done.
The crew behind them is the real deal too. Tommi came on one year into his apprenticeship and is now a fully qualified tradesman. Hamish is three years into his and proving very versatile. And Carlos, Mike and Joanne's son, is a third-generation plumber in his first year on the job.
